SAP launched its inaugural SAP Connect event in Las Vegas with an ambitious vision: bring together multiple audiences, product stories, and leadership voices under one flagship conference.


They needed a partner who could build a solid plan to deliver seamless keynote production, support 8+ hours of stage material, rehearse it all on and off stage, and remain flexible for last minute changes.



A plan and process for every HOW


  • How do we create a cohesive keynote experience when multiple lines of business are working to develop content in parallel?

  • How do we design a keynote space to be rehearsal ready by 5pm on the day we load in and set?

  • How should we conduct onsite rehearsals for over 50 keynote presenters?

  • How can we leverage new teleprompter technology to ensure presenters feel confident onstage, while prioritizing eye contact with the in person and virtual audiences?

  • How do we animate 25+ Figma designs for upcoming product launches within hours of program?

  • How do we move high-resolution content (with real-time updates) between rehearsal rooms, edit suites, and the main stage without running hard drives?

  • How do we collaborate with SAP's other vendors in expo, breakouts, virtual, planning and F&B to ensure we're a good partner in the ecosystem?

  • How do we customize a bespoke Glow Motion walk-in experience with minimal installation time?

Our exploration of new tools, production design, and process refinement began 6 months before the event. No event should have an out of the box solution.


We believe how the work gets done matters.  A beautiful main stage means little if the process to get there was painful or if the experience is soured by presenters waiting to see their updates.
